Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policies
Return & Exchange: We accept return and exchange requests within 7 days of order arrival. Please see below steps for the process:
1. Email us at hello@shop-humber.com with your order # included in the email heading.
2. We will provide an RA# (return authorization number) associated with your return shipment.
3. Please send your parcel within 7 days after RA number is received.
Please note, we only accept return shipment in its original condition with its original packaging. Shipping cost of original shipment will not be refunded. Shipping cost for returned package will be covered by customers.
Damage Products: Please email us at hello@shop-humber.com within 24 hours of your order arrival with your order # as well as images of defect goods. We will issue discount, refund or replacement upon inspection.
Refund: Upon inspection of goods returned, we will issue refund via your original payment method within 5 business days.
Cancellation: Customers can cancel orders anytime before shipment is dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched, it can not be cancelled.
Final Sale: Please see below list of items that are final sale, hence no return or exchange is allowed.
