Do you ship overseas?
We currently offer shipping to Canada and the US only. For international orders and inquiries, please reach out to us at hello@shop-humber.com, and we will do our utmost to accommodate your needs.
When will I receive my order?
Order processing time: 2 - 5 business days
Shipping:
Canada: 2 - 10 business days
US: 5 - 10 business days
How do I know the item will fit my space?
In order to help you find the product that fits best in your space, the following information is available in every product page.
- Product dimensions: Clearly listed under every product description section.
- What’s the occasion: Our recommended space and scenario for every product is detailed in this section.
Size matters so much in what we create: Humber strongly recommend all customers to review all dimension information before your purchase.
How does local pickup work?
Kindly select "Pick Up" under the Delivery section during checkout. Once your order is ready, we will send an email to the address registered with us to confirm the order status and provide the pickup date and window.
How do pre-orders work?
If you pre-ordered an item, please allow approximately one week for processing after the stock date. The in-stock date will be clearly marked in each product page.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Humber accepts return and exchange requests within 15 calendar days of order arrival.
To initiate a return or an exchange:
I. Email us at hello@shop-humber.com with your order # included in the email heading.
II. We will provide an RA# (return authorization number) associated with your return shipment.
III. Please send your parcel within 7 days once the RA number is issued.
Kindly note, Humber only accepts return shipment in its original condition with original packaging. Shipping cost of original shipment will not be refunded. Customers will be responsible for purchasing return shipping labels. Humber will be responsible for shipping labels for the replacement parcel in the case of exchange.

How do I report a damage or defect item?
Please get in touch with us immediately at hello@shop-humber.com within seven days of order arrival with images / videos proof. Replacement & refund will be issued upon inspection.
How do I receive my refund?
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. All refund actions will be notified with the email used for checkout.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
For any cancellation & modification request, please email us at hello@shop-Humber.com at your earliest convenience before order is dispatched. We do not accept cancellation or change in your order once the orders are picked up by our carriers.
